Detail lines |
In MISys one of the functions
that needs to be completed, is the closing of PO detail
lines. The problem encountered is that each detail
line needs to be closed individually. So a 250
line PO needs each of 250 detail lines closed.
This macro will close each detail line with either no
additional cost or a percentage increase in cost for
each line. |

This utility provides substantial
time savings when entering Vendor Invoices in MISys.
Companies with Purchase Orders that contains large
number of details, will realize even larger time savings
since this product will post the entire Purchase Order,
unlike MISys where each detail line has to be entered
one line at a time. When the detail line is posted it updates
MISys and Sage Accpac ERP information. With C-Tec's MISys PO to AP
you have the functionality to select all the outstanding detail
lines you want to update via a data entry screen. When
you post, the program then posts ALL the detail lines in
one step, updating all MISys and Sage Accpac ERP information.
The user also has the functionality to create a new batch, add entries
to an exiting batch, add details to an existing entry. |
